Cyberbots is a hands-on competitive robotics team where students learn by doing.
We're intentionally small so we can invest in each team member and each member plays a meaningful role. Team members learn advanced engineering skills but are also coached on how to lead initiatives and small teams and communicate their ideas effectively.

Requirements
No previous experience required! Never done any coding or robotics before? No problem. Not interested in robotics but love the business side, outreach and helping to make an impact in our community? Great! We'd love to have you either way. Cyberbots is unique in that we have an established onboarding program. We take a long-term approach and invest in the growth of our individual team members. And there are plenty of ways to contribute to the team. All roles are important and required to make us successful as a team.
So what are we looking for? Experience is valued but we also place a high priority on the following ....
Commitment & Focus - We value team members who can make Cyberbots a priority and require a commitment of at least 10+ hours per week. Leaders in the team commit much more, especially during peak season. You're focused and engaged during practices and are dedicated to getting the job done.
Positive Attitude - Approach challenges with enthusiasm, resilience, and a growth mindset. Take the initiative to volunteer for other tasks and fill in where needed. Have fun!
Teamwork & Collaboration - Communicate well with team members, provide frequent updates and support each other.
